Orders can be placed by credit card only. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

How do gift certificates work?
Gift Certificates can be redeemed on line or on our web site. To order a gift certificate click here.

You can send changes to info@linhardtdesign.com. Changes can only be made if your request is answered before the order is processed. Once the order has been shipped, no changes can be made.

SHIPPING

How long does it take for an item to ship?
Linhardt design products are hand-made creations. Therefore, there might me a production delay of 3 to 4 weeks after your order is placed on the website. Each product description states its availability on when it can ship.

How can I track my package?
You will be given a tracking number when your package ships. You can then go to either www.ups.com or www.usps.gov to track the package; depending on which carrier was used for shipment. How much is shipping?
For each address within the United States, the following charges apply: Ground shipping: $15, please allow 4-5 business days. Express shipping: $20, please allow 3-4 business days

What is your return policy?
Articles are accepted for exchange only within 30 days, accompanied by a sales receipt. Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit. Customer is responsible for any return shipping and re-shipping of a product for exchange. You must contact us prior to shipping your merchandise.
