linhardt to exhibit in collaboration with aldrich museum
Linhardt is proud to exhibit with the Aldrich Museum at Makers Market, which is described by The New York Times as “the grand prix of crafts fairs.” This open-air marketplace will feature a selection of skillfully crafted products which will include Linhardt jewelry from both the Signature and Ghetto Gold Collections. Lisa Linhardt will be on hand at the Aldrich Museum’s VIP Preview Benefit on October 19th from 5-9pm for exclusive evening with other top American artisans as well as celebrated artist Wendell Castle. Guests of the evening will enjoy a private exhibition reception for Wendell Castle: Wandering Forms and will also meet the makers and purchase works before Makers Market opens to the public; sip St-Germain’s signature cocktails; and enjoy locally sourced canapés prepared by No.109 Cheese & Wine. The Makers Market will continue on through the weekend with an emphasis on design excellence, technical expertise, and quality of materials, Makers Market is a premier forum to experience the convergence of contemporary design and craft. Collectors and enthusiasts will have the opportunity to meet American artisans and shop a curated selection of objects, including ceramics, glassware, textiles, jewelry, furniture, metalwork, lighting, and more. The Market will be open to the public on Saturday, October 20, from 11 am to 5 pm, and Sunday, October 21, from 12 noon to 5 pm. Free for members of the Aldrich Museum; free with the price of admission for non-members.
