HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER ON LINHARDTDESIGN.COM?

Ordering through LinhardtDesign.com is easy and safe. Place all your items in your shopping cart by clicking on “ADD TO BAG”

 

Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order. Your order will not be placed until you are asked for your credit card information and you press “SUBMIT”.

 

You have the option of having your item(s) shipped to you or being reserved for pickup at our physical retail location in New York City.

WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE ON LinhardtDesign.COM?

 

Shipping Times & Rates
We ship all over the United States as well as Internationally. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Linhardt Design Studio does not ship orders to post office boxes. Linhardt Design is able to accept post office box addresses for your billing needs.

 

For each address within the United States, the following charges apply:

 

Ground shipping: $20. Please allow 4-5 business days.
Express shipping: Please call us to coordinate. +1 917 338 7822
Next-day delivery within the US: Please call us to coordinate. +1 917 338 7822 Sunday and holiday delivery is not available. Next-day delivery is not offered for custom, customized or engraved items.

 

Delivery Schedule:
Items in stock can be shipped immediately. Unless contacted, items not in stock will regularly take the following production schedule (does not include shipping time)

Sterling Silver – 7 business days

Solid Gold – 7 business days

Gold Vermeil – 14 business days

International Orders will be handled individually and customer will be notified of approximate shipping dates.

 

Engraving Schedule:
Please allow an additional 10 business days days for delivery of engraved items.

 

Return Policy

Linhardt Design Studio does not offer returns on any items. We offer store credit, web credit, or exchange if returned in saleable condition within 7 days accompanied by a receipt. All shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer. Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit within 30 days.

Linhardt Design Studio is required by law to charge 8.875% for orders shipped anywhere in New York.

 

WILL MY LinhardtDesign.COM PURCHASE ARRIVE GIFT-WRAPPED?

All LinhardtDesign.com purchases arrive in our beautiful branded packaging. You have the option extra gift wrapping at a charge of $8 which includes a box, wrapping paper, ribbon, and gift message for each item in your order which will arrive with your gift package, but need to arrange that with us separately and individually by contacting our Customer Service at +1 917 748 9000 or by emailing us [email protected]

 

IS ALL LINHARDT DESIGN STUDIO MERCHANDISE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE ONLINE?

Linhardt Design Studio features a limited collection of Linhardt merchandise for online shopping. We continually add to our online merchandise offerings. Our retail store in New York as well as our select Stockists offer many pieces that are not for sale online.

 

DOES LINHARDT DESIGN STUDIO OFFER PERSONAL SHOPPING SERVICES?

Yes. Linhardt Design Studio invites you to experience our Personal Shopping services to take care of all your shopping needs and to save you time. We also offer exclusive membership rewards, can give you and/or your client a private guided shopping experience our retail store for VIPs, as well as private shopping events to offer you the best service.
As a complimentary service, our knowledgeable Personal Shoppers at our flagship store provide gift suggestions for all occasions or perhaps something just for you.

IS IN-STORE PICKUP AVAILABLE FOR ITEMS PURCHASED ON LINHARDTDESIGN.COM?

In-store pickup of all items ordered online are available at at our flagship store located at 211 Mott Street (bwtween Prince and Spring Streets) in the SoHo district of Manhattan in New York City.

 

The option to purchase online and pick up in our flagship store is presented to you at checkout. Our representatives will be in contact with you regarding the status of your order and when it will be available for pickup. Please check our store schedule if you plan to visit us at our normally scheduled ours as our schedule changes with each season and is closed on certain holidays.

CUSTOM AND CUSTOMIZED ITEMS

 

MAY I RETURN A CUstom or customized ITEM?

No. All items sold at Linhardt Design Studio and on LinhardtDesign.com cannot be returned. There is no store credit or exchanges on any customized items, including bespoke jewelry or any personalized jewelry. All deposits on custom projects and customized projects are non-refundable.

 

MAY I HAVE A NON-TIFFANY ITEM REPAIRED OR ENGRAVED AT LINHARDT DESIGN STUDIO?

Yes. Please contact us at [email protected] or call +1 917 338 7822 for an estimate. We will need the materials of the piece to be repaired, as well as any other specifics you can tell us. Linhardt Design Studio will not take responsibility for any items that are not made by Linhardt Design Studio.

 

CARE AND REPAIR

 

DOES LINHARDT DESIGN STUDIO repair a non-linhardt piece of jewelry?

Yes, we do take repairs at our discretion. Please contact us at [email protected] or call +1 917 338 7822 for an appointment. We will need to see the piece of jewelry in person in order to proceed with any repairs.
