does ‘conflict-free’ still truly mean ‘conflict-free?’

With all the recent developments and controversy around the governing bodies of the Kimberly Process Certification Scheme, I no longer believe the “Conflict-Free” label on diamonds means just that. Conflict-laden Zimbabwe Marange diamonds are now allowed into the KP Certification which means that we just cannot trust the ONE AND ONLY system in place to keep conflict diamonds out of the hands of the public.
