We were absolutely blown away by the fabulous food and amazingly professional team of Tracey and Amie of Two Chix Catering for our 1-year anniversary party! They put together a fabulous menu for us and had everyone drooling for more! My personal favorite was the double fudge and fresh raspberry brownie bites, or was it the skirt steak chimichurri on crisp plantain chip? Maybe the summer crab tartlets? The mini goat cheese and asparagus frittata...

 

In addition to a superb menu, their presentation was exquisite! Each plate was adorned with beautiful leaves of palm with fresh orchids, and served by the friendliest of staff. They had an extremely small space to work in at the back of my shop and pulled it all together - somehow! I'm still blown away!
