A while back a vegan friend of mine offered to cook dinner, and I was left wondering what dessert to bring? Lets face it, I'm a jeweler not a baker so I looked to all the great cupcake houses of New York City for some delicious treats - Magnolia, Billy's, Blue Ribbon... and realized all were not vegan-friendly.
