linhardt grand opening party in our new location, 211 mott street between prince and spring st
I’ve been in the gallery all day and haven’t had a chance to exhale yet, but wanted to send a heartfelt THANK YOU to all who came out last night to celebrate the Linhardt Grand Opening in Nolita! There are days that are so long – and crazy situations that make me want to pull my hair out sometimes – but then there are days like yesterday that overwhelm me with happiness! Was so great to see clients come back after working together years ago – even those coming from different states to represent! Amazing to see EVERYONE! I feel entirely blessed and want you all to know how much your support means to me. Words are not my strong point but I will channel all this wonderful energy you gave me into new and exciting work! I will never forget last night. THANK YOU.
It has been months of planning and coordinating, and I am thrilled that everything came together because of all the wonderful people who shared their talents + generous spirits – Special Thanks to the wonderful TEAM Sarah, Laura, Norma and Jaime – you are AMAZING I am honored to be working with you incredibly special people – seeing you all breeze through the stressful days with charm, poise and laughter made it a fun project! I also had a great time working with close friends who are extraordinarily talented – the custom cases + desk looked amazing Stéphane Hubert Design and the infinity mirror is pimping Wary Meyers – thanks to Diego at Point Design for the architectural work and endless advice, you all rock!!!
Extra shout out to Tracey and Amie at TwoChix Catering for your incredibly love + loyalty, La Popular and Taka Taka for the tapas and super welcome to the neighborhood, Andrew “Punchy” who made us ballers by hooking us up with our Italian Neirano Prosecco and Feudo Antico Montpulciano sponsors … one of my favorite local salsa bands Grupo Irek for their amazing energy who TORE IT UP with their live drumming and beautiful voices – courtesy of the ever sweet and classy Ron McGugins at On2 Productions who always puts on the best show! Thanks also Jacqui, David and Zak over at Kopali Organics who are just amazing warm-hearted friends who make some bad azz fair trade chocolate, Schillers for loaning us the flutes – Yoon for his awesome photo work (to posted soon!) to Mom, Dad, Isabella, Ron G, Ron M, Meredith, Jaime, Linda, Pamela M, “fabulous” Ellen, for being my go-to people for advice and support, to il mio padrino “Nino” who has the most fun spirit and kept me laughing even when I felt like crying , I don’t know what I would do without you ALL! Extra extra shout out to my movers who made moving a blast (yes, moving was a blast) Izzy and Danny – a reality show needs to be made starring YOU. To my favorite guardian angels who keep us safe Anthony, Julio, Alan and of course Johnny – even though you all can’t hang a shelf for your life, you know I still love you guys.
